Terms and Conditions
The Product Tester Program is always active. All applicants must be US residents.
Participation
Program participation is on a first come, first serve basis. Only 3 slots are available for testing per design. The testing process must be completed no later than 2 weeks from the date of arrival. Failure to follow the requirements will result in forfeiture of future product testing and removal from the program. If something urgent arises, please reach out. All feedback and photos must be submitted to support@accentrekdesigns.com.
At any point participants can decline to participate or leave the program. Potential product testers will remain in the system unless specifically asked to be removed from the program.
Promotion
The special perks participant receive, such as the 20% off discount and extra pair, are only available on products being tested. Other purchases may be added to the same order, but the discount will only apply to the eligible products.
Marketing
Accentrek Designs gains the right to use your photos for marketing purposes. Photos may be used for product listings on accentrekdesigns.com and Etsy, as well as internet ads and social media. Additionally, photos may be edited to remove participant’s personal information. Any sensitive information will always be blurred or removed from photos. If shared via social media, the participant’s username will be tagged in the post, unless specified otherwise.
Cancellation/Refund
If a participant purchases a product for testing, they have 12 hours from time of purchase to cancel their order. Once shipped, refunds will not be issued and participation in the program is expected. Please only register and purchase a product if serious. All products are tested in-house for fitment prior to shipping to product tester participants. Essentially, product testers are receiving the final product. Refunds will not be issued due to lack of following the included directions or improper installation.
